Stat. tit. 69, § 69-3010","heading":"Applicability of sections 11-1401 through 11-1405 of","body":"Title 47 - Municipal ordinances.\n\nThe provisions of Sections 11-1401 through 11-1405 inclusive of\n\nTitle 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes are hereby made applicable to and\n\nenforceable on any toll expressway as provided for in this act and\n\nthe words \"Oklahoma Turnpike Authority\" wherever they appear in said\n\nSections 11-1401 through 11-1405, inclusive, for the purpose of this\n\nact only, shall be construed to mean the trustees of the public\n\ntrust operating any such toll expressway; provided, that where a\n\ntoll expressway is located wholly within the corporate limits of a\n\ncity, the said trustees may contract with the governing body of such\n\ncity for the policing of such expressway and if such contract is\n\nentered into, the traffic ordinances and regulations of such city\n\nshall be applicable to and enforceable on such expressway.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"2978470685981c385ad2c67f22a80f137a87f9e11c8b7dc62cfbe1e8eb7b9237","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-301","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-3011"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
