Stat. tit. 69, § 69-3011","heading":"\"Toll Expressway\" and \"municipality\" defined","body":"For the purposes of this act, the term \"Toll Expressway\" is\n\ndefined to mean any toll urban or rural expressway or expressways\n\nwhich may consist of separate sections or segments separated by\n\nintervening highway or street connections, and which may be laid out\n\nwholly or partially within the corporate limits of any incorporated\n\ncity, and the cost of construction of which has or is to be paid for\n\nby revenue bonds issued by a public trust.
