Stat. tit. 69, § 69-3017","heading":"Apportionments","body":"Until all bonds and the interest thereon are paid in full upon\n\nany toll expressway project undertaken by any trust under the\n\nprovisions of this act, the Oklahoma Tax Commission shall each month\n\ndetermine an amount equal to the motor fuel excise taxes computed on\n\nninety-seven and one-half percent (97 1/2%) of the total gallonage\n\nof all fuels consumed on such toll expressway, during the calendar\n\nmonth in which the tax being apportioned accrued, and apportion a\n\nsum equal to such amount from all gasoline tax collections as\n\nfollows: Ninety-seven percent (97%) of such amount to such trust\n\nand three percent (3%) to the General Revenue Fund of the State\n\nTreasury. Provided, however, that the apportionments herein remitted\n\nshall apply only to such trust that issues bonds in connection with\n\nthe construction of a toll expressway project beginning in or near\n\nthe City of Tulsa and the Port of Catoosa and extending in a\n\nnorthwesterly direction to a point in or near Ponca City, or at a\n\npoint on the Kansas-Oklahoma state boundary line, which said toll\n\nexpressway shall be called \"Northwest Passage\", or to a turnpike or\n\nany parts thereof beginning in the vicinity of the City of Davis and\n\nextending in a northeasterly direction, by way of the vicinity of\n\nthe City of Ada, to a connection in the vicinity of Henryetta or in\n\nthe vicinity of the intersection of State Highway 48 and Interstate\n\n40.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"49f58374c56d479034e16b60d18205ee6e4bf2ec9401994260784d0ff7653793","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-3016","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-3018"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
