Stat. tit. 69, § 69-3019","heading":"Financial interest - Penalties","body":"No trustee or employee of any public trust shall have a direct\n\nor indirect financial interest in any contract, subcontract,\n\npurchase, sale or other transaction in connection with any toll\n\nexpressway project undertaken by such trust. Violation of this\n\nsection shall be deemed cause for removal from office or employment\n\nof such trustee or employee.
