Stat. tit. 69, § 69-305","heading":"Director of the Department of Transportation - Salary","body":"There is hereby created the office of the Director of the\n\nDepartment of Transportation, who shall be appointed by the Governor\n\nwith the advice and consent of the Senate and who shall serve at the\n\npleasure of the Governor and may be removed or replaced without\n\ncause. Compensation for the Director shall be determined by the\n\nGovernor.
