Stat. tit. 69, § 69-306.1","heading":"Contracts - Price adjustment clauses","body":"The provisions of any other law to the contrary notwithstanding,\n\nthe Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and empowered\n\nto provide for the use of and inclusion in, its construction\n\ncontracts price adjustment clauses, providing adjustments in\n\ncontract bid prices as may be deemed necessary and appropriate by\n\nthe Director for increases or decreases of energy-intensive\n\nmaterials based upon the price FOB source on the day of bidding and\n\nactual invoice price FOB source on the day of delivery.\n\nThis authorization is to be applied only to such contracts as\n\nmay be determined by the Director and approved by the Transportation\n\nCommission and further specified in the notice to bidders.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"ca919bd7c50d170fc08d8f75940727ea3064d8f87ad98ed4b3dc00003425e4f7","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-306","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-306.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
