Stat. tit. 69, § 69-308","heading":"Oath of office","body":"Each member of the Commission and every employee of the\n\nDepartment shall, before entering upon the duties of his office or\n\nemployment, take and subscribe to an oath or affirmation to support\n\nthe Constitution of the United States and of the State of Oklahoma,\n\nand to discharge faithfully and honestly the duties of such office\n\nor employment.
