Stat. tit. 69, § 69-309","heading":"Employment of persons closely related to members or","body":"Director - Contracts with such persons.\n\nIt shall be unlawful for the Commission or the Director to\n\nappoint or employ, or approve the appointment or employment of, any\n\npersons related within the third degree by blood or marriage to the\n\nDirector or any member of the Commission. The Director knowingly\n\nappointing or employing any persons in violation of this provision,\n\nor any member of the Commission knowingly approving or recommending\n\nthe appointment or employment of persons in violation of such\n\nprovision, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
