Stat. tit. 69, § 69-315","heading":"Audit of books, records and files of Commission and","body":"Department.\n\nThe expenses of audits of the State Transportation Commission\n\nand the Oklahoma Department of Transportation shall be paid by the\n\nCommission out of the State Highway Construction and Maintenance\n\nFund upon the presentation of sworn and itemized claims, which\n\nclaims shall have been duly approved by the State Auditor and\n\nInspector. A sum equivalent to one-tenth of one percent (1/10 of\n\n1%) of the warrants issued during the previous fiscal year shall be\n\nallotted and appropriated annually from such fund for the expense of\n\nthis audit.
