Stat. tit. 69, § 69-318","heading":"Agreements with Public Welfare Commission - Construction","body":"and maintenance of roads - Costs.\n\nThe State Highway Commission and the Oklahoma Public Welfare\n\nCommission may enter into an agreement whereby the State Highway\n\nCommission shall construct and/or maintain various roads located on\n\nthe grounds of state institutions under the supervision and control\n\nof the Oklahoma Public Welfare Commission. Such agreement shall\n\nprovide that the cost of materials shall be divided between the two\n\ndepartments on the basis of twenty-five percent (25%) by the\n\nDepartment of Highways and seventy-five percent (75%) by the\n\nDepartment of Public Welfare, and the total amount to be expended in\n\none (1) year shall not exceed Four Hundred Thousand Dollars\n\n($400,000.00).
