The Aging Services Division within the Department of Human\n\nServices shall transfer responsibilities regarding oversight and\n\nmanagement of Federal Transit Administration grants and resources\n\nunder 49 U.S.C., Section 5310 into the Office of Mobility and Public\n\nTransit. The Executive Director of the Department of Transportation\n\nshall assume all executive-level responsibilities for management and\n\noversight of the Federal Transit Administration grants and\n\nresources. For the purposes of this section, the term \"transferring\n\nagency\" shall mean the Aging Services Division within the Department\n\nof Human Services. Any federal 49 U.S.C., Section 5310 funds or\n\nfunds in the possession of or allocated to the transferring agency\n\nrelated to 49 U.S.C., Section 5310 transportation services shall be\n\ndeemed to be funds of the Office of Mobility and Public Transit.\n\nB. Upon request of the Executive Director of the Department of\n\nTransportation, the personnel of the transferring agency shall\n\ndeliver to the Office of Mobility and Public Transit all books,\n\npapers, records and property related to Federal Transit\n\nAdministration grants and resources.\n\nC. All functions, powers, duties and obligations related to\n\nFederal Transit Administration grants and resources previously\n\nassigned to the transferring agency are hereby transferred to the\n\nOffice of Mobility and Public Transit.\n\nD. All rules, regulations, acts, orders, contracts,\n\ndeterminations and decisions of the transferring agency pertaining\n\nto the functions and powers herein transferred and assigned to the\n\nOffice of Mobility and Public Transit in force at the time of such\n\ntransfer, assignment, assumption or devolution shall continue in\n\nforce and effect as rules, regulations, acts, orders, contracts,\n\ndeterminations and decisions of the Office of Mobility and Public\n\nTransit until duly modified or abrogated by the appropriate body or\n\nuntil otherwise provided by law.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"224ac2699883dce8a2fbceaa5d03886afedc4c8f7c5acfd8bb47808a9167815e","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-323","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-4001"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
