There is hereby created the Oklahoma State Safety Oversight\n\nProgram. Oversight for the program shall be provided by the\n\nOklahoma Department of Transportation. The Department shall develop\n\nand enforce the Oklahoma State Safety Oversight Program standards\n\nfor all private and public rail fixed-guideway public transportation\n\nsystems statewide that are not administered by the federal Railroad\n\nAdministration. The Department shall have the complete authority to\n\nimplement, enforce and oversee the Oklahoma State Safety Oversight\n\nProgram in accordance with requirements outlined in the 49 CFR,\n\nSection 674, as amended.\n\nB.
