Stat. tit. 69, § 69-4026","heading":"Required contract provisions","body":"All contracts made by the Department of Transportation with the\n\ncontractor shall provide the following:\n\n1. A requirement that the contractor obtain liability insurance\n\nin an amount determined by the Department which shall jointly insure\n\nthe State of Oklahoma and the contractor against all liability for\n\nclaims for damages occurring wholly or in part because of the\n\ncontract;\n\n2. Standards for the size, design, erection and maintenance of\n\nservice information signs and the advertising logos thereon, which\n\nshall be in accordance with the National Manual on Uniform Traffic\n\nControl Devices; and\n\n3.
