Stat. tit. 69, § 69-4031","heading":"Creation - Status - Availability of monies -","body":"Expenditures.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Transportation, to be designated the \"Public\n\nTransit Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies\n\nreceived by the Department for deposit in the fund. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Department for the purpose of\n\nestablishing, expanding, improving, and maintaining rural and urban\n\npublic mass transportation services.
