Review, assess, and prioritize the preliminary applications\n\nreceived from eligible applicants;\n\n2. Determine the feasibility of each transportation project and\n\nthe eligibility of the entity to receive funding from the State\n\nInfrastructure Bank Revolving Fund;\n\n3. Determine which applications should be referred to the\n\nCommission for loans from the State Infrastructure Bank Revolving\n\nFund; and\n\n4.
