Stat. tit. 69, § 69-407","heading":"Rules","body":"The Department of Transportation shall prescribe such rules as\n\nmay be necessary for determining the eligibility and priority of\n\nsuch entities for transportation projects in order to receive loans\n\nmade pursuant to the National Highway System Designation Act of\n\n1995, credit assistance pursuant to the Transportation\n\nInfrastructure Finance and Innovation Act of 1998 and the State\n\nInfrastructure Bank Revolving Fund. At a minimum, such rules shall:\n\n1. Ensure the fair and equitable prioritization of entities\n\neligible for loans made pursuant to the provisions of this act;\n\n2. Be in conformance with applicable provisions of the National\n\nHighway System Designation Act of 1995 and the Transportation\n\nInfrastructure Finance and Innovation Act of 1998;\n\n3. Require that, to be approved, an applicant needs or will\n\nneed the transportation project loan to comply with regulations and\n\nstandards adopted by the Department; and\n\n4. Require the transportation project to:\n\na. be designed to enhance the economic development of\n\nthis state and provide safety to its citizens,\n\nb. meet the established criteria of the Department as\n\nprovided for by the National Highway System\n\nDesignation Act of 1995 and the Transportation\n\nInfrastructure Finance and Innovation Act of 1998,\n\nc. comply with all applicable federal, state, and local\n\nlaws and rules, and\n\nd. meet any other consideration deemed necessary by the\n\nDepartment.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"3cfc8b089cde4d3a8ce74a39c82af2d8b72efd3d5dd5eeacf6efec17f5e70ab9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-406","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-408"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
