Stat. tit. 69, § 69-408","heading":"Additional powers and duties of Department -","body":"Administration of monies - Establishment of accounts and\n\nsubaccounts.\n\nIn addition to the other powers and duties provided by law, the\n\nOklahoma Department of Transportation shall have the power and duty\n\nto:\n\n1. Manage, maintain, expend and otherwise administer monies in\n\nthe State Infrastructure Bank Revolving Fund and any accounts or\n\nsubaccounts in the Fund, pursuant to the provisions of this act.\n\nThe Department shall manage the Fund so as to make available the\n\namounts necessary to fund loans to the eligible entities entitled to\n\nreceive funding pursuant to the provisions of this act;\n\n2. Establish separate accounts and subaccounts within the State\n\nInfrastructure Bank and provide that such accounts be segregated and\n\nused for specified purposes or held as security for designated\n\nobligations; and\n\n3.
