Stat. tit. 69, § 69-411","heading":"Default - Collections","body":"In the event of a default in payment of the principal or\n\ninterest on loans made from the State Infrastructure Bank Revolving\n\nFund pursuant to this act, the Attorney General is empowered and it\n\nshall be the duty of the Attorney General to take actions to collect\n\nany amounts due or owing to the Fund.
