In order to administer the State Infrastructure Bank, the\n\nfollowing sources of revenues may be utilized:\n\n1. Monies from the State Infrastructure Bank Revolving Fund\n\npursuant to the federal National Highway System Designation Act of\n\n1995 and credit assistance pursuant to the Transportation\n\nInfrastructure Finance and Innovation Act of 1998;\n\n2. Loan processing fees; and\n\n3. Appropriations from the General Revenue Fund or other funds\n\nas may be provided for this purpose.\n\nB.
