There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund to be known as the \"High Priority State Bridge Revolving Fund\".\n\nThe fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all appropriations and transfers\n\nmade by the Legislature and the apportionments made pursuant to\n\nSections 500.6 and 500.7 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended beginning with the fiscal year\n\nending June 30, 2008, and each fiscal year thereafter pursuant to\n\nsubsection B of this section. Expenditures from said fund shall be\n\nmade upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims\n\nfiled as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nB. The funds shall be used for the sole purpose of construction\n\nor reconstruction of bridges on the state highway system that are of\n\nthe highest priority as defined by the Transportation Commission.\n\nThe fund shall be invested in whatever instruments are authorized by\n\nlaw for investments by the State Treasurer and the interest earned\n\nby any investment of monies from the fund shall be credited to the\n\nfund which shall earn the same, if there is any unexpended balance\n\nof such fund to which to credit the interest.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e60b90e74afdd6f212f3c4470805cd6af1a2788f5bd8daafce5aa5f5e256b52b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-505","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-507"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
