Stat. tit. 69, § 69-601.5","heading":"Maintenance or improvement of private roads for school","body":"bus turn-arounds.\n\nIn order to protect the health, safety and welfare of the\n\nchildren of this state, the board of county commissioners shall be\n\nauthorized to enter onto private property adjoining county roads in\n\norder to perform maintenance or improvements to an existing private\n\nroad when:\n\n1. The private road is used by a school bus to turn around;\n\n2. The available right-of-way does not provide enough space for\n\nthe school bus to turn around without endangering the occupants of\n\nthe school bus; and\n\n3.
