Stat. tit. 69, § 69-604","heading":"Bonds authorized for roads and bridges - Procedure","body":"The board of county commissioners may issue bonds of its county for\n\nthe purpose of building, constructing, repairing or acquiring\n\nbridges, and for building and constructing state or county roads and\n\nbridges; provided, the issuance of such bonds shall first be\n\napproved by not less than three-fifths (3/5) of the qualified voters\n\nof the county voting on the question at an election held for such\n\npurpose.
