Stat. tit. 69, § 69-605","heading":"Bridge contracts - Preliminary action","body":"Whenever the board of county commissioners shall determine to\n\nconstruct a permanent bridge or culvert, the engineer's estimated\n\ncost of which exceeds the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00),\n\nit shall adopt a resolution of necessity, containing substantially\n\nthe following matters, to wit:\n\n(a) The location of such bridge or culvert, which location shall\n\nbe so plainly pointed out that the same can easily be determined.\n\n(b) The material of which such bridge or culvert is to be\n\nconstructed.\n\n(c) The approximate width of the roadway and depth of fill, if\n\nany, over the crown or floor of the bridge or culvert.\n\n(d) The approximate length of span or arch of the bridge or\n\nculvert.\n\n(e) The approximate area of the watershed to be drained through\n\nthe bridge or culvert.\n\n(f) The estimated cost of the bridge or culvert.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7e07035f52f9a94cd485926289c07f6b659fc160710be833dbfaae7354e5e05f","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-604","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-606"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
