Stat. tit. 69, § 69-620","heading":"Unexpended funds - Transfer to other road projects","body":"Whenever there remains in the State Treasury to the credit of\n\nthe Commission, in the account of any county in this state, an\n\nunexpended balance of any special fund, being an amount in excess of\n\nthe contract price of any federal aid road or bridge project and the\n\npurpose for which it was created has been fully observed, and there\n\nremains no further use for such balance, the Commission shall make a\n\ncertificate to the board of county commissioners of the county\n\nshowing the amount of the balance, and it shall then be lawful for\n\nthe board of county commissioners, by resolution, to transfer such\n\nbalance to any other federal aid road or bridge project of the\n\ncounty.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"78e45aef321aaa31d221b194f6be5287cf07131dcf4da70720f6bf440cd2e22b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-619","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-621"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
