Stat. tit. 69, § 69-622","heading":"Duties of counties to maintain roads - Expenditures -","body":"Division of roads.\n\n(a) It shall be the duty of each board of county commissioners\n\nto maintain the section of each county line road assigned to it by\n\nthe aforesaid agreement. The expenditures on such roads shall be\n\ngoverned by the laws relating to expenditures by boards of county\n\ncommissioners as expenditures on roads within the boundaries of such\n\ncounties.\n\n(b) Provided, that when the board of county commissioners of any\n\ncounty is notified by the Board of an adjoining county that an\n\nagreement relating to division of county line roads as provided in\n\nthe preceding section is desired, the boards shall within thirty\n\n(30) days of such notice proceed with the division in the manner\n\nagreed upon between the respective boards.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"65ed3cc029041d17a521b44eafb53620e9f1f31c43ff3980a9f73d69b39b21c1","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-621","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-623"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
