Stat. tit. 69, § 69-626","heading":"Duties of county engineer","body":"(a) The county engineer shall, when requested by the board of\n\ncounty commissioners, give instruction or advice with reference to\n\nthe construction, building or repairing of any roads or bridges.\n\n(b) When requested by the board of county commissioners, the\n\ncounty engineer shall personally inspect the condition of any of the\n\nroads, culverts and bridges within his county, and shall upon the\n\nboard's request make such surveys and perform such other duties in\n\nconnection with his office as may be required as herein provided,\n\nand he shall, if required, make his report of such examination in\n\nwriting, together with such recommendations as he may offer relative\n\nto the construction, repairing or building of any such road or\n\nbridge.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"f163eaf18704da72980f96d474659f750c1099d5cc8da02246adfc63c67d16b1","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-625","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-627"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
