Stat. tit. 69, § 69-631","heading":"Use of bridges by public utilities or service corporations","body":"- Supervision by county board.\n\nBoards of county commissioners in their respective counties\n\nshall have the supervision over bridges and the approaches thereto\n\nconstructed upon county highways within their respective counties\n\nwhich have been erected by the voting of bonds by the county and may\n\npermit any public utility or public service corporation to cross any\n\nsuch bridges and the approaches thereto or jointly use any such\n\nbridge and the approaches thereto with the public for an adequate\n\nconsideration, and upon such terms and conditions as may be\n\nsatisfactory to it in agreement with any such public utility or\n\npublic service corporation, and no public utility or public service\n\ncorporation shall have the right to use or cross any bridge or the\n\napproaches thereto, located over any stream in Oklahoma, when such\n\nbridge or approaches thereto has been erected by the voting of bonds\n\nby the county for that purpose, unless the board of county\n\ncommissioners shall, by resolution, determine that in its judgment\n\nthe bridge and approaches thereto may be safely so used and without\n\nany substantial detriment to the public interest.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"6e3d88d20a6d7cfb4d6c711de496535e390848a91793befeebe28d2c68d97eb7","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-630","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-632"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
