Stat. tit. 69, § 69-632","heading":"Public utilities and public service corporations to pay","body":"tolls.\n\n(a) The board of county commissioners may require any public\n\nutility or public service corporation, using any such bridge or\n\napproaches thereto, to pay such toll or rental for the use of such\n\nbridge and the approaches thereto as it may agree upon with the\n\npublic utility or public service corporation and may make such\n\nagreement and stipulation as to the use of the bridge and the\n\napproaches thereto with such utility or public service corporation\n\nas in its judgment shall conserve the public interest.\n\n(b) Provided, that no public utility or public service\n\ncorporation shall use any such bridge or approaches thereto unless\n\nand until it shall have so agreed with the board of county\n\ncommissioners as to the tolls, rentals and use of the bridge and the\n\napproaches thereto, and then during such time only as it shall make\n\npayment therefor and comply with its contract.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a234937d767910fd390a8ac393cde130a01e7bf2bef442da69eb137acc5131ea","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-631","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-633"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
