Stat. tit. 69, § 69-636.1","heading":"County Road Machinery and Equipment Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nto be known and designated the \"County Road Machinery and Equipment\n\nRevolving Fund\", which shall consist of all appropriations and\n\ndeposits made for the purposes hereinafter designated and shall also\n\ninclude all proceeds resulting from the lease, lease-purchase, sale\n\nor resale of equipment purchased out of monies in the revolving\n\nfund. The revolving fund shall be a continuing fund and shall be\n\nnonfiscal in character.
