Stat. tit. 69, § 69-636.2","heading":"Revolving fund to be used to purchase road and bridge","body":"construction and maintenance machinery and equipment.\n\nThe Department of Transportation is hereby authorized to use the\n\nCounty Road Machinery and Equipment Revolving Fund to purchase new\n\nor used road and bridge construction and maintenance machinery and\n\nequipment for lease or lease-purchase to counties. Such machinery\n\nand equipment shall include, but not be limited to, the following:\n\nasphalt pavers, automobiles, backhoes, bridge painting machines,\n\ncranes, elevating graders, fork lifts, front-end loaders, motorized\n\nweed sprayers, mowers, paving breaker tampers, pickups, power\n\nshovels, snow plows, street sweepers, trucks and wheel and crawler\n\ntractors.
