Stat. tit. 69, § 69-643","heading":"Survey of farm - Maintenance of terrace by farmer - Advice","body":"of county farm agent.\n\nBefore the board of county commissioners shall permit the use of any\n\nsuch machinery, the board shall require that such farm be surveyed\n\nfor terracing purposes by an engineer from Oklahoma State University\n\nor by the county agent of the county, either under his supervision\n\nor by some other person competent to properly survey and lay off a\n\nterrace, who shall be approved by the board of county commissioners.\n\nSuch permit for the use of the machinery shall provide that the\n\nlandowner shall maintain such terrace in good condition while he\n\nowns said land.
