Stat. tit. 69, § 69-654","heading":"Adoption of county primary road system","body":"The boards of county commissioners of the various counties in\n\nthis state shall adopt a system of county highways and public roads\n\nwhich shall constitute the county primary road system of their\n\nrespective counties. Said system shall consist of functionally\n\nclassified county collector routes as determined by the Department\n\nof Transportation in cooperation with the various boards of county\n\ncommissioners and approved by the Federal Highway Administration.\n\nIn constructing and maintaining the various routes comprising\n\nthe county primary road system, county officials shall take into\n\nconsideration the relative traffic volumes existing on the various\n\nsegments of such system in the county, population, industrial and\n\nmarketing centers, and connections with improved segments of the\n\nrespective county primary road systems in adjoining counties, the\n\nstate highway system and the city street system.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"b8cd87d3e5580b9cdc3f41a5d6e4a06c31b7f3e196f45bd32d1c2a097160b718","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-653","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-655"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
