Stat. tit. 69, § 69-660","heading":"Replacement, expansion, or repair of bridges -","body":"Expenditures.\n\nThe boards of county commissioners may enter into cooperative\n\nagreements with the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority for the purpose of\n\nreplacement, expansion or repair of functionally obsolete and\n\nstructurally deficient bridges which cross over or under turnpikes.\n\nThe expenditures for such projects will be from any federal, state\n\nor county public funds appropriated and earmarked for such purpose.\n\nCounties may apply for the expenditure of these earmarked funds for\n\nprojects that have been requested by the board of county\n\ncommissioners of the county where the bridge is located.
