Stat. tit. 69, § 69-687.2","heading":"Statewide Circuit Engineering District Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Treasurer to be designated the \"Statewide Circuit\n\nEngineering District Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the State Treasurer pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of Section 227.3 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes\n\nand any other monies designated by law for deposit thereto. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the State Treasurer solely for\n\nthe purpose of funding the statewide circuit engineering board\n\norganized pursuant to Section 687.1 of this title. The State\n\nAuditor and Inspector shall audit the Statewide Circuit Engineering\n\nDistrict on a yearly basis, and the statewide circuit engineering\n\ndistrict board shall be responsible for the cost of the audit.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made once each month upon\n\nwarrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"4c77e62d52d6e03f20da328785576cbf567de6f56b9d2e61f4d9a9bf38182cd9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-687.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-687.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
