Stat. tit. 69, § 69-701","heading":"Preparation of state design standards","body":"\n\nThe Department shall cause to be prepared state design\n\nstandards, standard plans and standard specifications for the\n\ndesign, construction and maintenance of the state highways and\n\nbridges which are not on the interstate or national highway system\n\nwithin this state.
