Stat. tit. 69, § 69-702","heading":"Entry upon premises to make surveys and examinations for","body":"establishment or relocation of highways - Notice.\n\nThe Department, through its authorized agents and employees, may\n\nenter upon any lands, waters, and premises in the state for the\n\npurpose of making surveys, soundings and drillings, and examinations\n\nas may be determined necessary or convenient for the purpose of\n\nestablishing, locating, relocating, constructing, and maintaining\n\nstate highways or relocations thereof and facilities necessary and\n\nincidental thereto.
