Stat. tit. 69, § 69-708.1","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in Sections 4 and 5 of this act:\n\n1. \"Authority\" means the Oklahoma Transportation Authority;\n\n2. \"Construction manager\" means any individual, firm,\n\ncorporation, association, partnership, copartnership, or any other\n\nlegal entity possessing the qualifications to provide services of\n\nconstruction management which include, but are not necessarily\n\nlimited to, design review, scheduling, cost control, value\n\nengineering, constructability evaluation, preparation and\n\ncoordination of bid packages and construction administration;\n\n3. \"Department\" means the Department of Transportation;\n\n4. \"Design consultant\" means an individual or legal entity\n\npossessing the qualifications to provide licensed architectural,\n\nregistered engineering or registered land surveying services for the\n\ndesign of a transportation public work improvement project; and\n\n5. \"Public work improvement\" means any highway, bridge, street,\n\nsewer, pavement, waterline, sidewalk or any other improvement to a\n\ntransportation facility which is constructed, altered, or repaired,\n\nunder contract with the Department or the Authority.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"03021b99a12791d19d2e4771dc83eeb97ce2164c8c6a329cc8cc525e6a12c47e","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-707","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-708.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
