Stat. tit. 69, § 69-802","heading":"Soil tests for counties - Reports - Charges","body":"The Department shall, when requested to do so by a county through\n\nits board of county commissioners, make tests of soil samples for\n\nthe county, if the samples are submitted to the Department's\n\nlaboratory in Oklahoma City; and shall furnish the county with a\n\nwritten report of its findings.
