Stat. tit. 7, § 7-22","heading":"Adult Blind Market Revolving Fund - Use - Expenditures","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nto be known as the Adult Blind Market Revolving Fund of the Oklahoma\n\nPublic Welfare Commission to be administered by and under the\n\ndirection of the Oklahoma Public Welfare Commission. Said fund\n\nshall consist of all appropriations made for such purpose and all\n\nnet earnings or profits derived from its use as authorized by law.\n\nSaid fund shall be used for the purpose of creating, establishing\n\nand maintaining a market for the product of blind workers of\n\nOklahoma and may be used to purchase such products for resale, and\n\nfor no other purpose.
