Stat. tit. 7, § 7-72","heading":"Definitions","body":"For purposes of Chapter 4 of this title:\n\n1. \"Vending facility\" means automatic vending machines,\n\ncafeterias, snackbars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such\n\nother appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by blind\n\nlicensees and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers,\n\nperiodicals, confections, tobacco products, food, beverages, and\n\nother articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and\n\nprepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable\n\nhealth laws;\n\n2. \"Net proceeds\" means the amount remaining from the sale of\n\narticles or services of vending facilities, and any vending machine\n\nor other income accruing to blind vendors after deducting the cost\n\nof such sale and other expenses, excluding set-aside charges\n\nrequired to be paid by such vendors;\n\n3. \"Blind person\" means a person having a visual acuity not to\n\nexceed 20/200 in the better eye, with correcting lenses, or visual\n\nacuity greater than 20/200 but with limitation in the field of\n\nvision such that the widest diameter of visual field subtends an\n\nangle no greater than twenty degrees (20°); and\n\n4. \"Satisfactory site\" means an area fully accessible to\n\nvending facility patrons, with sufficient electrical, plumbing,\n\nheating, and ventilation outlets for the location and operation of a\n\nvending facility in accordance with applicable health laws and\n\nbuilding codes, to contain space necessary for proper vending\n\nfacility service.","path":["OK Code","Title 7"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os7.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9599c1f866b0cdc208c55f7855f3ced800e6cfb932728caceaa631d7c77b9789","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-7-7-71","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-7-7-73"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
