Stat. tit. 7, § 7-78","heading":"State Committee of Blind Vendors","body":"There is hereby created a committee of five (5) vendors who are\n\nblind to be known as the State Committee of Blind Vendors. The\n\nDepartment of Rehabilitation Services shall provide for the biennial\n\nelection of the Committee which, to the extent possible, shall be\n\nfully representative of all vendors who are blind in the state\n\nprogram on the basis of such factors as geography and the vending\n\nfacility type with a goal of providing for proportional\n\nrepresentation of vendors who are blind on federal property and\n\nvendors who are blind on other property. The Committee shall have\n\nthe responsibility of participation with the Department in major\n\nadministrative decisions and policy and program development\n\ndecisions affecting the overall administration of the state's\n\nvending facility program, receiving and transmitting to the\n\nDepartment grievances at the request of vendors who are blind, and\n\nserve as advocates for vendors in connection with such grievances.\n\nThe Committee shall actively participate in the development and\n\nadministration of a transfer and promotion system for licensees who\n\nare blind, and for their training and retraining.","path":["OK Code","Title 7"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os7.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"904794ed39bf0640849e09aa5c57d494d7d7bb1446c3b275c68bcfa2a57d087d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-7-7-75","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-7-7-8"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
