The State Department of Education is that department of the\n\nstate government in which the agencies created or authorized by the\n\nConstitution and Legislature are placed and charged with the\n\nresponsibility of determining the policies and directing the\n\nadministration and supervision of the public school system of the\n\nstate. These agencies are the State Board of Education, the State\n\nSuperintendent of Public Instruction and any divisions and positions\n\nas may be established by law, by the State Board of Education or by\n\nthe State Superintendent of Public Instruction.\n\nB. The State Board of Education is that agency in the State\n\nDepartment of Education which shall be the governing board of the\n\npublic school system of the state.\n\nC.
