Unless otherwise specifically defined, technology is applied\n\nknowledge. For educational and governmental purposes, technology\n\nshall include but not be limited to information technology,\n\ntelecommunications technology and implemental technology.\n\nInformation technology shall include but not be limited to\n\ncomputers, computer hardware, scanners, multimedia material,\n\nfacsimile, e-mail, computer software, CD ROM material or other\n\nmagnetic media, computer simulations, video, the World Wide Web\n\n(WWW) or Internet, Listservs, multiuser domains and other technology\n\nused in distance learning or distance education. Telecommunications\n\ntechnology shall include but not be limited to local area networks\n\nand wide area networks. Implemental technology shall include but\n\nnot be limited to implements, equipment, instruments or devices that\n\npromote the technology education process and are employed in the\n\nscience or study of the practical, industrial, or mechanical arts or\n\napplied sciences.\n\nB.
