Only have to accept exchange students on J-1 visas, issued\n\npursuant to paragraph (a) (15) (J) of Section 1101 of Title 8 of the\n\nUnited States Code, which hold the sponsoring organization\n\nresponsible;\n\n2. Not have to accept exchange students on M-1 visas, issued\n\npursuant to paragraph (a) (15) (M) of Section 1101 of Title 8 of the\n\nUnited States Code, which are for vocational or nonacademic students\n\nor F-1 visas, issued pursuant to paragraph (a) (15) (F) of Section\n\n1101 of Title 8 of the United States Code, which hold the school\n\nresponsible;\n\n3. Use the governing regulations set by the United States\n\nInformation Agency (USIA) for Exchange Visitor Programs as\n\nguidelines and standards for local schools;\n\n4. Have the right to accept or reject any exchange student or\n\nsponsoring organization not adhering to the USIA regulations; and\n\n5.
