Stat. tit. 70, § 70-10-102.1","heading":"Police as attendance officers","body":"The board of education of each school district may enter into an\n\nagreement with the municipal police department serving the school\n\ndistrict which provides that some or all of the duties of an\n\nattendance officer for the school district shall be performed by a\n\ncertified police officer of the municipality.
