The school population, scholastic population, scholastic\n\nenumeration, and enumeration of a district shall be the legal\n\naverage daily attendance. The legal average daily attendance shall\n\nbe the average number of pupils present in a school district during\n\na year or other specified period of time. The State Board of\n\nEducation shall determine the legal average daily attendance for\n\neach school district by dividing the aggregate days of pupils\n\npresent in each school district by the number of days taught in each\n\nschool district.\n\nB.
