Stat. tit. 70, § 70-10-104","heading":"State Treasurer and Secretary of School Land Department","body":"- Report.\n\nThe State Board of Education shall file with the Secretary of\n\nthe School Land Commission a report, duly certified, showing the\n\nschool population for the preceding school year of each school\n\ndistrict. School population shall be determined as provided for in\n\nSection 10-103.1 of this title.
