Stat. tit. 70, § 70-10-106.1","heading":"Driver license school enrollment requirements -","body":"Duties and responsibilities of attendance officers.\n\nIt shall be the duty of the attendance officer of each school\n\ndistrict to carry out the duties and responsibilities required of\n\nthe attendance officers by Section 34 of this act. If the\n\nattendance officer is unable to carry out the duties and\n\nresponsibilities, the school district superintendent shall be\n\ncharged with such duties and responsibilities.
