Stat. tit. 70, § 70-11-101.2","heading":"Minute of silence in public schools - Intervention by","body":"Attorney General in legal proceedings.\n\nThe board of education of each school district shall ensure that\n\nthe public schools within the district observe approximately one\n\nminute of silence each day for the purpose of allowing each student,\n\nin the exercise of his or her individual choice, to reflect,\n\nmeditate, pray, or engage in any other silent activity that does not\n\ninterfere with, distract, or impede other students in the exercise\n\nof their individual choices.\n\nThe Attorney General of the State of Oklahoma is hereby\n\nauthorized to intervene in any legal proceeding to enforce the\n\nprovisions of this act and shall represent any school district or\n\nemployee named as a defendant therein.
