Sections 1 through 3 of this act shall be known and may be\n\ncited as the \"Health Education Act\".\n\nB. The purpose of this act is to:\n\n1. Ensure students receive instruction in health, particularly\n\nat an early age when habits are formed;\n\n2. Support the health and well-being of children that have been\n\naffected by traumatic experiences;\n\n3. Improve academic outcomes for students; and\n\n4. Improve the overall health outcomes of Oklahoma's\n\npopulation.\n\nC.
